Shipping and Special Orders

Orders taken before 12:00 pm CST and are in stock, will be shipped via UPS the same day.  Orders will not be shipped to a P. O. Box address, so please be sure to include your street address.  Next Day and 2nd Day deliveries are available, but will incur additional shipping charges.  For larger items that must be shipped via truck freight, please call for rates and details.  

We will ship back ordered items as soon as they are available.  You will be notified if an item(s) is out of stock or is no longer available.  

If for any reason the information you provide for credit card payment is incorrect, we will contact you via phone or email.  If we are unable to contact you within 72 hours or the phone number is invalid, the order will be deleted.  

We are continuously updating our site.  If you require an item not currently listed on our site, please call our toll free number.  Special orders must be prepaid and are nonrefundable.

Returns and Exchanges

If  for any reason, you need to exchange or return an item, please call 1-888-294-3040 first, to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA).  Please complete the RMA   Returned product must be in saleable condition in the manufacturer's original packaging.  Wrap securely, insure, and ship prepaid by US Postal Service or UPS ground.  Remember to print the RMA number clearly on the outside of your package.  Returns sent C.O.D. will not be accepted.

We will handle your return promptly by exchanging the item or issuing a credit or refund.  We will accept returns that have not been damaged, are not missing component parts or the manufacturer's documentation, and must be in the original manufacturer's packaging within 30 days of your receipt.  Exceptions are damaged and defective items which have their own return policy.  Product held longer than 30 days from the date of receipt may be returned for store credit.  Shipping charges which are incurred by you will not be refunded.   

Electrical items are nonrefundable.  No refund will be granted to any product or part that has been installed, modified or that is not in saleable condition in its original packaging.  

Shipping Damage

A package (product) that arrives and has been damaged during shipping will be processed through our customer service department.  Please call toll free 1-888-294-3040 for assistance.  Claims against a common carrier (UPS, FedEx, or truck) must be made or processed by you, the customer.  Always inspect your package upon arrival and note any damage above your signature or refuse the package immediately.  Claims for errors or shortages must be made in writing to Auto Air within 5 days of receipt of product.

Warranty

Parts are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees.  Auto Air will not assume responsibility for the use, misuse, neglect or application by the user.  All compressors are shipped without oil - compressors that are returned as defective and have not had appropriate oil inserted, will not be credited.
